I combine over a decade of startup leadership with nature’s intelligence and Human Design to help people work better—together.
My foundation is grounded in Order.
I’ve spent the last decade building systems that bring clarity, accountability, and velocity to fast-moving startups.
After earning my B.A. in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan, I jumped into the messy, brilliant world of growth-stage teams (Clover Health, Spring Health, Hero Journey Club)—learning to embrace complexity, champion self-expression, and create space for courageous dialogue.
One truth revealed itself again and again: no amount of structure can mend misaligned relationships. This insight became the seed for Wild Order.
I found my heart in the Wild.
In the depths of COVID—a time of both collective and personal transformation—I discovered Human Design. I was raised in Washington DC academic society with no faith, no spirituality, but the system made me feel more seen and validated than I ever had before, and I threw myself into its teachings.
Over the past five years, I’ve immersed myself in its wisdom, becoming a certified reader and integrating its insights into team development, coaching, and culture work.
Around that same time, I began healing from pre-IPO burnout through a connection with my cycle and the natural rhythm of rest and restore. This practice led me to Regenerative Leadership—a nature-based framework that gave language to what I was already living: working with rhythm, not force.
Together, these systems continue to shape how I live, lead, and strive to help others 🐾
