In the fast-paced world of startups, I’ve thrived by leaning into complexity—embracing the chaos, championing self-expression, and creating space for courageous dialogue.

After receiving my B.A. in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan, I’ve spent over a decade building scalable systems that foster clarity, accountability, and transparency across teams and organizations.

Through the years, one truth has revealed itself again and again: no amount of structure can compensate for misaligned relationships.

This insight, paired with my passion for Human Design, became the seed of Wild Order.

Bringing Organizational Systems to Life

Born from years of operating at the intersection of people and process, Wild Order represents the importance of balancing both structure and instinct. It is where organized systems and heartfelt dynamics come together to create teams that feel truly alive.

This work is shaped by the same questions that have guided my own journey:

  • What type of leader do I want to be?

  • How can I work best with my team?

  • What conditions do I best thrive in?

I’ve spent the past five years immersed in the study and application of Human Design, becoming a certified reader (via Erin Claire Jones) and weaving its wisdom into both my coaching and my life. I’ve also trained in Regenerative Leadership, a systems-based approach that looks to nature’s intelligence to inform the way we build, collaborate, and lead.
